E.J. (Kiki) Stincer, M.D. | Founder & CEO
Dr. Stincer, founder and CEO, immigrated to the U.S. with his family from Cuba when he was only 8 years old. Kiki and his family eventually settled in Georgia where he met his wife, Holly Stincer. Following in the footsteps of generations of physicians in his family, Dr. Stincer earned his M.D. degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1978 and finished his residency in Internal Medicine in 1981. He devotedly served for 45 years as a physician before retiring from his practice in Evans, GA in 2023. Since 1995, Dr. Stincer has led and served on dozens of mission trips throughout 9 countries, using his medical knowledge and language skills to care for the underserved and his compassionate and Christ-centered heart to share the hope of The Gospel. Alongside his wife Holly, he founded our organization in December of 2013 in order to continue his desire to serve the uninsured and underserved. Dr. Stincer now works full-time through his retirement running our organization planning and leading medical and non-medical mission trips around the world, all fueled by his love for Jesus and his intrinsic heart to serve those in need.

Holly Stincer, BSN/RN | Director of Operations
Holly Stincer, wife of founder and CEO Dr. Kiki Stincer, graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Nursing in 1976. She worked as an OB nurse for many years while caring for the Stincers’ three boys. Holly long had the heart to help the underserved after learning of Kiki and his family’s experience in Cuba. However, she first felt the Lord specifically calling her to the medical mission field after serving in Venezuela on a mission trip alongside her husband. Shortly after, in 1995, the pair began leading trips across the world, serving on dozens of trips in Guatemala, Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Romania. In 2013, she largely helped found The Great Commission and played a huge role in making our organization what it is today. Holly continues to work endlessly behind the scenes overseeing much of the trip planning process. coordinating trip supplies and medicines, and ensuring a smooth operation of our medical clinics. Holly’s close, personal relationship with Christ allows her to flourish within her role and serves as a beacon of light and hope for all of our patients, volunteers, and team members.
